Excellent Service from Lowepro
Just a quick post. Lowepro (camera bag manufacturer) has excellent e-mail customer service. I contacted them today through their web site and received, in a matter of minutes, a thoughtful reply from a human being with a first and last name.
Lowepro has a great reputation so I can’t say I am shocked, but I am surprised that any large company still affords real human service for support. They aren’t sure just what is causing my issue (dark stains on the bag interior where it meets with the rubberized material of my camera and lenses) but they offered thoughtful suggestions and replacement dividers free of charge. Indeed I have also posted the problem to a large camera forum and I seem to be the only one afflicted. Any ideas? It’s happened so far with different cameras and lenses, in the two Lowepro bags I have owned where the rubber meets the nylon interior.
